These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and ya999 ("ya999", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ya999 online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://ya999.cam and any related applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds or placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

ya999 is an English-language platform primarily serving users in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where access is permitted. These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with the plain meaning of English-language legal terminology.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal betting and gaming account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets or match bonuses credited to a User's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by ya999 before a withdrawal can be processed.
• "Platform" means the ya999 website, web application and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces accessible at https://ya999.cam.
• "Prohibited User" means any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake or game round placed by a User using real-money Account Balance or eligible Bonus Funds.
• "Operator" means the legal entity that owns, operates and is responsible for the Platform, whose details are available upon written request to [email protected].
• "Applicable Law" means the laws and regulations of the license jurisdiction governing the Operator, as applicable from time to time.

To register and maintain an Account on ya999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and gaming is not expressly prohibited by Applicable Law in a manner that makes your use of the Platform unlawful.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction that is specifically excluded by the Operator from time to time, as notified on the Platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when placing Wagers or managing your Account.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor or close associate of ya999 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers or payment processors without prior written consent from ya999.
• You must not have previously had an Account closed by ya999 for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

ya999 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons. Account registration does not constitute an obligation on ya999 to offer any specific game, market, promotion or payment method.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must immediately notify ya999 at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

ya999 is required to verify the identity, age and address of all users before processing withdrawal requests and, in certain circumstances, before allowing continued use of the Platform. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Age: As contained within the identity document above, confirming you meet the minimum age requirement.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence issued within the last three (3) months showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds.
• Source of Funds: In cases involving large transaction volumes, ya999 may request evidence of the source of funds used to deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality or the closure of your Account. ya999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

All Account Balances on ya999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of the transaction.

Payment method names that may be referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual references to payment methods familiar to Pakistani users. Such references do not imply endorsement of, affiliation with or support for online gambling by those payment providers or financial institutions.

The following general conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as part of our anti-money-laundering controls.
• ya999 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes displayed in the Account dashboard; however, actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any pending KYC requirements.
• ya999 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of prior KYC status.
• Deposits that remain unused and without account activity for an extended period may be subject to the dormant account policy described in Section 14.

All Wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific game or sport rules displayed within the relevant section of the Platform at the time the Wager is placed. By placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.

The following general betting rules apply across all product categories on ya999:

• A Wager is not accepted until it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued. Pending bets may be voided at ya999's discretion if accepted in error or at incorrect odds.
• ya999 reserves the right to void any Wager that has been placed on an event or outcome affected by an obvious pricing error, system malfunction or corrupt data feed.
• In-play (live) markets may be suspended at any time without notice. Wagers accepted before a suspension are settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Maximum Wager limits apply per event, market and account. ya999 may impose individual account limits without prior notice.
• Settlement of Wagers is final once results have been confirmed through official sources. Subsequent changes to official results — for example, on appeal — may result in re-settlement at ya999's discretion.
• Cricket markets, including Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournaments and bilateral series, are settled in accordance with the sport-specific cricket rules published within the Platform's help section.

ya999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers and other promotional incentives to eligible users. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the offer, which shall be read together with these Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Sports bets, live casino games and slots may each contribute at different rates as specified in the promotion.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unused Bonus Funds will expire within the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Winnings generated from Bonus Funds may be subject to a maximum cash-out limit as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• One Account, One Bonus: Promotions are available once per user, per household, per device and per IP address unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Abuse: ya999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or claw back any bonus and associated winnings if it reasonably suspects that the bonus has been claimed through fraudulent, abusive or systematic means.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ya999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account Balances and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating, operating or using more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Depositing funds using stolen, fraudulently obtained or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to achieve a guaranteed outcome or unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotions, odds errors or free bets to guarantee a risk-free profit, including through coordinated accounts.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, AI-driven betting tools or any automated means to interact with the Platform without the express written consent of ya999.
• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes with your payment provider after funds have been used for Wagers.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or system glitches. You are required to report any such errors to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder funds or for any activity that contravenes applicable anti-money-laundering legislation.
• Minors: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the minimum age.

ya999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that enable users to maintain control over their gambling activity. The Platform offers the following responsible-gambling features, accessible directly from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Configurable limits on the total net losses you may sustain over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Automatic notifications alerting you to the duration of your current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary cooling-off periods (minimum 24 hours) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your net session result and time spent on the Platform.

ya999 operates an adults-only policy. Users must be 18 years of age or older (or the higher minimum required by the license jurisdiction) to register and place Wagers. All content on the ya999 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, odds data, game interfaces and multimedia content — is the property of ya999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post or transmit any Platform content without prior written consent from ya999.
• Scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer or create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Use any ya999 trademarks, brand names or logos without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in Account termination and civil or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.

ya999 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC — including your name, CNIC number, address, contact details and payment information — is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and the provision of customer support. ya999 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

All data transmissions between your device and the Platform are encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols. ya999 employs appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect against unauthorised access, disclosure or loss of personal data.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, ya999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption.

ya999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ya999 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding:

• The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform at all times.
• The accuracy, completeness or timeliness of odds, scores, statistics or any other data displayed on the Platform.
• The compatibility of the Platform with any specific device, operating system or browser.
• The availability of any specific game, market or payment method at any given time.

ya999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects or determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Your Account has been involved in fraudulent, abusive or collusive activity.
• Continued operation of your Account poses a risk to ya999, other users or third parties.
• You are a Prohibited User as defined in Section 3.
• ya999 is required to do so in compliance with a legal obligation or regulatory directive.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance remaining (after deduction of any outstanding liabilities, forfeited bonuses or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

Dormant Accounts: An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. ya999 will contact you using your registered email address before applying any dormant-account administration fee. Applicable fees and the dormancy timeline are disclosed in the Account dashboard.

ya999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ya999 will provide notice via a prominently displayed on-Platform notification and/or an email to your registered address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.

The most current version of these Terms — including the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page — supersedes all prior versions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Operator's license jurisdiction, as notified to users upon request.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact ya999 in the first instance via [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. ya999 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any dispute within twenty-eight (28) calendar days of receiving a written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of a recognised body in the Operator's license jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.
